Knight Frank, one of the world’s most prestigious property agents, wanted a self serve platform for buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. When the initial project faltered on poor product strategy and design, I was brought in, as part of Matter Of Form, to rescue and revitalise it.

The challenge

The My Knight Frank project aimed to modernise the firm’s digital services with a market leading, self serve experience for buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. The initial effort had faltered on poor product strategy and design.

The approach

I rethought the platform entirely: streamlining user journeys, introducing innovative tools, and building a design system that not only met but enhanced Knight Frank’s brand standards, collaborating closely with development teams to deliver at pace.
